Jayson was the realtor for selling my duplex in Longmont.

I was initially impressed at our first meeting he brought history of like kind sales for the past 3 yrs and included location maps, making it easy to do drive-by's and get a market sense. I had initial concerns about him living in Cheyenne, but his promptness for any meeting made it feel like he lived next door. He knows the turf; priced it right and had a cash buyer in 2 weeks.

Once we were pre-approved he had scheduled houses over two days for us to see. He picked houses that fit what we were looking for and with in two days of looking we put in an offer. He was amazing, he made sure he continually advised on each step of the process. We put our offer in Nov 13 and we closed Nov 30. We would recommend him for anyone needing a realtor. "Jayson Ramsey, realtor at EXP Realty, reached out to us after we showed interest in a Colorado property we saw online. We live in Wyoming and were not familiar with any agents who were licensed in Colorado. With Jayson being duly licensed in Wyoming and Colorado he was able to assist us immediately, get us into the home for a showing, and prepare an offer within a few hours. Throughout the process, Jayson responded to all our questions and concerns promptly and followed up with the seller’s realtor to clarify specific questions regarding the property. Although the property was out of state and several hours away, Jayson made time to travel to the property to meet us so we could do another walk through in addition to meeting us for the closing. Jayson was not pushy. He shared considerations to make our offer competitive (there will multiple offers) which ultimately gained us the contract. Our experience with Jayson was incredibly smooth and stress-free in a process that is not always as such!"
